No. All managed plans run month-to-month with 30 days notice on either side. You stay because the service is good, not because you're locked in.
Usually within 15 minutes during working hours. You ring the person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue.
Critical issues are covered by arrangement. Routine work is scheduled outside your busy times to avoid disruption.
No. I do a no-obligation review, document what's there, agree a switch date and handle the changeover with no downtime. You keep ownership of all accounts and data.
