Business broadband

Connectivity that treats downtime seriously.

Consumer broadband on a business is a false economy. Business-grade connectivity comes with proper service-level agreements, faster fault fixes and a real person to talk to when something breaks, all coordinated alongside your IT.

What's included

Business-grade FTTP

Full-fibre broadband with business support, prioritised faults and static IP addresses where you need them.

Leased lines

Dedicated, uncontended connections with guaranteed upload and download speeds and four-hour fix SLAs for offices that can't afford to be down.

Backup connectivity

Secondary 4G or 5G failover so the office stays online even when the main line goes down.

One point of contact

Connectivity faults coordinated alongside your IT. No more being passed between providers blaming each other.

Site survey & install

Honest survey of what's actually available at your address, with realistic install timescales and costs, no over-promising.

Ongoing monitoring

Line quality and uptime watched continuously, so degraded performance is reported to the carrier before users start complaining.

Business Broadband FAQ

Common questions.

  • If your business genuinely can't tolerate a day of downtime, yes. For most small offices, business FTTP with a 4G/5G failover is the sweet spot.

  • In many cases yes, by becoming the managing reseller of the existing line. Otherwise we'll plan a clean cutover to a new circuit.

  • Traditional phone lines are being switched off across the UK by 2027. We'll plan a clean move to VoIP or SIP as part of your connectivity change.
