  • No. All managed plans run month-to-month with 30 days notice on either side. You stay because the service is good, not because you're locked in.

  • Usually within 15 minutes during working hours. You ring the person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue.

  • Critical issues are covered by arrangement. Routine work is scheduled outside your busy times to avoid disruption.

  • No. I do a no-obligation review, document what's there, agree a switch date and handle the changeover with no downtime. You keep ownership of all accounts and data.

  • Based in Leigh, Wigan (WN7). On-site across Bolton, Warrington, St Helens, Manchester, Salford, Preston, Liverpool and the wider North West, with remote support UK-wide.

  • Everything is treated as confidential. I'm UK-based and ICO-registered. A short data processing summary is available on request.

  • Hardware, software licences and major project work are billed separately so you only pay for what you use. The plan covers proactive monitoring, patching, security, backup verification, helpdesk and reporting.
