Most training is too generic and too fast. I deliver short, hands-on sessions, usually 1:1, focused on the things each person actually does day to day. People leave more confident and ask fewer support questions afterwards.

30 to 60 minute one-to-one sessions, in person or over Teams, focused on the specific tasks a person needs to do.

Small-group workshops

Practical workshops for teams of 2 to 8, covering shared drives, collaboration, calendars and security basics.

Email, calendars & shared drives

How to actually use Outlook, Gmail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Google Drive, including sharing, permissions and version history.

Collaboration tools

Teams and Google Meet, channels, chat etiquette, document co-authoring and meeting hygiene.

Security awareness

How to spot phishing, handle data safely and use a password manager, explained without scare tactics.

Change support

Extra hand-holding during a platform migration so the move from old to new doesn't lose people on the way.

  • Yes, short written summaries are provided after each session so people can refer back without re-watching a long video.

  • Both. Remote over Teams works well for 1:1 sessions. Group workshops are usually better in person, in your office.

  • Typically £90 per hour for 1:1 work, with discounted rates for blocks of sessions or part of a wider project. Confirmed in writing before we start.
